Martha E. and Elijah D. went to a small, local circus the other weekend and had a great time. Liz said Elijah could not take his eyes off the animals when they were under the tent watching the show. Liz got Elijah's face painted, they ate popcorn, saw the animals... all while I'm stuck at school studying on a Saturday! Messed up huh? Just kidding, I'm glad they were able to have so much fun. Oh yeah,... Elijah hates clowns.

That's so fun! You wouldn't want them sitting home bored just cuz you cant be having fun, would you? At least you get to live vicariously through them!
Hey Steve, This is all soooo familiar. I took dallin to a circus at about that same age and he was terrified of the elephants. I have a picture just like your clown shot. Hilarious. Its all good. Your life does not sound dull. Dull is when the kids are grown and you sleep all night. ha ha. We always clipped the kids nails at church, I know this sounds wierd, but that focus and contact always made them hold still. Worth a try. Love the pics. that first picture could almost be fake. It's like out of a story book.....the little guy sitting in front of the whole circus shabang. LOVE IT!
